大家好！今天我演讲的题目是——《新学期，新目标》。
冰冻的河水已经开始解冻，柳树已经开始发芽，小草也悄悄地从土里露出了头……这一切都代表着春天已经到来。春天的到来，预示着我们也即将开始一段新的学习旅途。
各位同学，我们必须放下假期时的惬意和慵懒去迎接新学期的种种挑战。面对这些挑战，我们需要一个明确且坚定的学习目标，这样，我们才能学有所成。想要实现自己的目标，想要学有所成，我们就必须解决一个个当下可以解决的小目标，一步步接近最终的大目标，直到最终实现这个目标，正所谓“聚沙成塔，集腋成裘。”
相反，如果没有明确的目标，那么就会陷入精神的沼泽，就不再会有明确的学习方向。没有明确的学习方向，我们就只能麻木地，机械地学习各种知识，变成处处碰壁，一事无成的傻子。
我们的语文毕老师，他每做一件事，都会有清晰的总目标和分目标，有目标的指引，他就不会忙乱，而是有条不紊地完成自己的计划。比如去年我们用三天半就完成了“与经典通行”的排练和展演。如果没有每一步明确目标的引领，四个班，二百多人协调动作是难以想象的。

怎么办？
新学期，要有新的学期目标。学期目标之下，要有新的月目标。然后是周目标，日目标，课目标。化大为小，化整为零，让大目标落实到一个个小目标的实现过程中去。这样，当放学的铃声响起，当夕阳渐渐低垂，当我们每天把头靠近枕边，我们才可以幸福地说：“我无愧于自己的时间！”

新学期开始了，我为自己制定了计划。
第一项，坚持课学预习。我们隔一天，老师会让我们预习一篇课文，课文要读三遍，圈二类字和一类字，划词语，标自然段和想课后题。我最喜欢的一篇文章就是七色花。随时遇到不认识的字就查字典，不要等到回来再查，而且要把反义词和近义词都抄到一个本子上，这样在总复习的时候，就可以派上用场了。
数学：要预习明天要学的内容，把题都看懂是什么意思，想一想该怎么做，这样第二天，就不会再出这类的小问题。
英语：英语是这学期新加的课，所以猛一下子接触英语不太习惯。因为英语一星期只有两节课，所以我每天早上起床，背完一首古诗词后，都会听二十钟的英语，慢慢地英语前几页我就会读了。在上第一节英语课的时候，老师说要多听，尽量不要用眼晴看，听是最好的。
第二项，课后复习。有时候老师会给我们布置两词两音和听写作业。数学会布置题。我复习的时候，要做到不管复习哪一门课，在脑子里放一遍电影，看一遍课本，写作业的时候，一动不动，就做在那里写，这样才会又快又好。
第三项，练钢笔字。到三年级了，我们要开始练习练钢笔字了，老师让准备两支新钢笔。练钢笔字时，油不要乱甩，要注意怎样写才能写好看。后来我和妈妈还定了一个时间合约。这份合约按照自己完成相应的要求来兑换奖励。
第四项，坚持读书、写博。每一年级，老师都给我们布置买书的任务。三年级老师让买的书是《大盗贼》三本，《亲爱的汉修先生》、《生命的故事》，这些都是我们三年级必读书目，读一本书我就要做好读书笔记。
在博客方面，我被雅茹姐姐邀请做了管理员，我有空就要上去多评博。在评博的过程中，我发现别人写的非常好，原来抓住了要点来写，写得生动有趣，多读别人的文章，我才知道自己努力的方向，多读老师的文章，向他们学习，争取自己的写作水平上一个台阶。
